Customers may request cancellation before order is processed, packed, or dispatched.
Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

- Customer name
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for cancellation
3. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If approved before dispatch, refund will be processed as per Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation After Dispatch
Cancellation is not accepted after dispatch. Return policy may apply.

6. Refunds
